El legendario rapero 2pac Shakur escribió este tracklist de canciones (muchas ya grabadas ) con fechas entre el 4 de octubre de 1995 y el 5 de enero de 1996. En la hoja en cuestion se pueden ver colaboraciones con Kool G Rap, Ice Cube, componentes de Wu Tang Clan como Method Man y Raekwon, Smiff -N- Wessun etc etc.

Muchas de estas canciones fueron ya liberadas en el álbum All Eyez on Me, como son los tracks Only God Can Judge Me, Enemiez with Me, When I Get Free y demás.
El supuesto ”album”’ se iba a llamar en un principio Euthanasia pero en la segunda hoja tambien escrita 2pac el nombre definitivo iba a ser Supreme Euthanasia.
